Job Description
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager and the team on all marketing related topics
- Act as the day to day point of contact for the Account Executives and Clients
- Develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring a good understanding of their businesses
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager and the Marketing Team strategize with clients to develop, lead and execute multiyear end-to end lifecycle marketing – identify, scope, business case development, price, pitch, proposal, delivery and implementation (including delivery through 3rd party agencies creative and media agencies) and use of Visa’s marketing assets and capabilities to drive positive business outcomes for the client/s and Visa.
- End to end management of co-marketing campaigns and client marketing services, including measurement, evaluation and optimisation.
- Support the Marketing Manager with budget, forecasts, production and campaign tracking in collaboration with Clients and third-party suppliers
- Develop and share co-marketing use cases and best practices, to guide and inspire Clients and the wider Visa organisation
- Support the Italian Client Marketing team develop innovative, new to Visa ways of delivering value to clients

Qualifications
- A curious, dynamic and passionate marketer
- Ability to collaborate and influence key internal/external stakeholders and client
- Experience in marketing or sales.
- Strong Strategic thinking
- Experience in delivering end to end campaigns and events (ideally with some experience of co-marketing) including ongoing measurement, evaluation and optimization.
- Good project management skills to successfully manage projects to budget and time, often with short deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem solving
- Data and insights led
- Strong oral and written communication skills
