The Consultant Manager will support the Strategy and Innovation Advisory Practice across markets in the South Cone region. This role involves supporting Visa’s clients and partners in formulating their business transformation strategy, supporting go to market and expansion opportunities, progressing on business ventures and fostering an environment of constant innovation. To accomplish this, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting advisory engagements with a focus on generating insights, conducting analysis, carrying out research and providing end to end project management support.
Specific scope of work and responsibilities includes:
- Assist in Consulting Projects: Support the execution of consulting projects on strategic topics such as business transformation, go-to-market strategies, and innovation.
- Develop Analytical Frameworks: Assist in developing methodologies and frameworks to evaluate clients' strategic positioning and guide execution.
- Conduct Data Analysis: Perform data-driven and quantitative analyses, including opportunity sizing, scenario projections, and digital insights.
- Support Thought Leadership: Contribute to the creation of thought leadership materials, including industry trends, case studies, and participate in relevant industry forums.
- Identify Strategic Partners: Assist in identifying and integrating strategic partners to enhance advisory capabilities.
- Facilitate Training Sessions: Help develop and facilitate training sessions on strategic trends and emerging technologies, such as AI, to upskill clients and internal teams.
- Research Emerging Capabilities: Continuously research and incorporate emerging capabilities to anticipate client needs and ensure projects remain cutting-edge.
- Share Best Practices: Apply best practices and project learnings across markets to strengthen the overall Strategy practice.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services, management consulting or a related field.
- Technologically driven mindset, strategic acumen, and up-to-date knowledge of market and industry innovation trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
- Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and experience with AI tools and platforms for analytics and research.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
