Job Description
The Manager of Risk and Identity Solutions Sales Specialists position is part of the specialized Sales function for Value Added Services for Issuers, initially focused on selling risk management services in the Central America and English Caribbean region, with potential expansion to other products, regions, and services. The role involves preparing business cases, calculating ROI, and developing financial estimates to justify investments to clients and their executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and the needs of issuers.
- Prepare presentations and sales materials as requested by management.
- Seek, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities within the assigned area.
- Identify high-potential clients and establish relationships with key decision makers.
- Draft and execute contracts, monitor sales progress, and ensure proper project delivery.
- Prepare business cases and financial analyses to support sales, including ROI projections.
- Manage the sales pipeline, budget, and planning.
- Collaborate on cases assigned by the regional sales leader, preparing proposals and materials that highlight Visas technical capabilities and solution advantages.

Essential Functions
- Responsible for driving and achieving RaIS booking and revenue goals and other value-added services for issuers, collaborating with executives and account managers in acquiring new clients or cross-selling.
- Acquisition and development of clients in collaboration with market product teams.
- Understand complex client challenges and apply Visa technology to solve them.
- Serve as a reference in Visa’s value based sales methodology, post sales commercialization, and joint success planning with clients.
- Prepare proposals, analyses, and presentations that emphasize the technical advantages of the solutions.
- Interact with internal cross-functional teams to provide market information for the design of new solutions.
- Identify and quantify market opportunities alongside local relationship and product teams.
- Support requests from the direct supervisor or colleagues.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
More than 8 years of relevant experience and a completed masters or bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales or similar positions in Spanish and English.
Solid track record in financial services and management of complex sales cycles or highly technical products
Extensive experience in analyzing and preparing financial reports for clients.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills in international executive environments
Experience with CRM and advanced Office skills
Ability to work independently and in teams, understand complex technological solutions, and explain them clearly
Ease in public speaking and interacting with executives and technical profiles.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, multicultural sensitivity, and experience working with teams from Central America, the Caribbean, and the United States
Full fluency in spoken and written English.
