Job Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of B2B marketing programs across the assigned sub-region. This role serves as a subject matter expert in marketing automation and campaign operations, leading the development and execution of demand generation programs, content creation, event operations, and lead management processes. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with global, regional, product, and sales teams to deliver scalable marketing initiatives that generate engagement, demand, and business growth.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert for marketing automation and campaign operations
- Ensure marketing programs are executed efficiently and aligned with best practices for campaign performance and lead generation
- Monitor and optimize campaign operations to improve engagement, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness
- Support the ongoing evolution and adoption of marketing technologies, processes, and capabilities across the region
- Track and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, lead outcomes, and pipeline contribution, using insights to optimize future marketing activities and improve business impact

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign management tools
- Strong understanding of lead management processes, campaign execution, audience segmentation, nurture strategies, and marketing analytics
- Experience executing webinars, events, and integrated marketing programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with large, global organizations or clients.
- Experience in using Generative AI tools to optimize processes
