Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with financial institutions to develop and implement products and strategies that will: (1) increase payment volume and revenues for Visa and its clients, (2) Deliver higher customer satisfaction, (3) Grow critical new payments areas, including money movement and merchant acceptance
- Expand client base through new issuance or acceptance relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing, product, and portfolio experts to launch new products and optimize existing ones
- Manage client's financial performance and ensure alignment with country and regional budget process
- Lead elements of the business review preparation for both client and internal stakeholders
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support the development of business cases, forecasting of revenues and expansion of Visa's business
- Drive the implementation of team, country and regional goals
- Ensure visibility of a robust sales pipeline and alignment of cross-functional team with up-to-date account plans

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of proven sales and relationship management, with expertise in payments / financial services industry
- Strong track record of client service, strategy development, and execution
- Proven ability to run, grow, and protect the franchise collaboratively across functions and geographies
- Ability to adapt to market needs and lead change management in an evolving environment.
