Job Description
Support implementation requests for existing Traditional Bank, Credit Union, and Fintech clients.
Partner directly with clients to understand card program configurations and requirements. In addition, facilitate card program installations, and maintenance requests without customer impact.
Can meet specified job responsibilities with minimal guidance, direction and involvement from management.
Will act as primary liaison between Visa support staff and customers and will represent customer system and operational requirements to internal organizations.
Will apply working knowledge of a variety of systems and procedures to assess business and technical impact of project requirements and communicate these to clients and internal Visa departments.
Plan and lead client meetings and conference calls.
Manage routine and non-routine, moderately complex processing and change requests, as well as support customer-driven initiatives.
Assess and identify operational opportunities to increase service quality or efficiency.
Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues and actions log.
Represent customer system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations.
Responsible for own work-flow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
Coordinate internal Visa resources to ensure timely delivery on commitments.
This role emphasizes client-facing coordination, cross-functional communication, and hands-on project execution.
Successful implementations require timely change management, clear status reporting, and proactive issue resolution with minimal managerial intervention.
This is an individual contributor role responsible for identifying and resolving issues of moderate complexity.
This position is at an intermediate professional level and requires strong execution and analytical abilities. This role works independently and receives minimal guidance.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience using standard MS Office tools (ex: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
Experience using Gen AI, (ex: ChatGPT, Copilot)
1 to 3 years direct experience in project management is preferred.
1 to 3 years' experience in electronic funds transfer (EFT), ATM, or retail banking, is preferred.
Experience in a financial services and or technology-based industry is preferred.
Ability to comprehend and translate technical issues, trouble-shoot and determine resolution.
Ability to synthesize technical information and apply to business solutions.
Must be able to handle multiple priorities at once and re-prioritize tasks with minimal involvement from management.
Demonstrated success in customer relationship management.
Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
