Job Description
The Executive Support Analyst provides high-touch, advanced technical support to senior executives and their teams, ensuring flawless technology experiences across onsite and offsite events, meetings, and day-to-day operations. This role demands deep technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate under pressure in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver white-glove technical support for executives across hardware, software, networking, and AV systems.
- Support onsite and offsite events, including executive town halls, global summits, and hybrid meetings, ensuring seamless audio/video and collaboration experiences.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex AV setups, streaming platforms, and integrated collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
- Manage mobile device ecosystems, secure connectivity, and advanced troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, and enterprise applications.
- Act as technical lead for executive travel and offsite engagements, ensuring continuity of IT services globally.
- Collaborate with Event Operations, Security, and Network Engineering teams for high-profile events.
- Maintain strict security and confidentiality standards for all executive interactions.
- Document technical workflows and contribute to knowledge base for advanced troubleshooting.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise technical support.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives and managing complex AV/IT environments.
- Expertise in network protocols, video conferencing infrastructure, streaming technologies, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security, VPNs, and cloud-based services.
- Ability to work under pressure, travel as needed, and deliver flawless technical execution for high-stakes events.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 86,300.00 to 121,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
