Job Description
Global Director Role Overview
Visa is seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Workplace Hospitality Programs to lead the end to end delivery of colleague dining, hospitality services and programming based in Europe. Serving as the culinary and hospitality subject matter expert, the Director of Workplace Hospitality is a culture champion and advocate for the Visa colleague experience.
The Director of Workplace Hospitality Programs will be based in London and will oversee all aspects of Visa’s hospitality experience across Europe. This role is responsible for shaping and executing culinary and hospitality experiences that reflect our culture and support employee wellbeing at several offices of various sizes including sites with up to 2500 FTE. The Director of Workplace Hospitality Programs will actively collaborate and partner with the Global Workplace Hospitality team to develop, implement, and uphold worldwide standards, design and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Hospitality Experience and Amenity Services
- Integrate hospitality and food amenities into broader workplace initiatives including wellness, sustainability, inclusion and hybrid work model
- Promote a hospitality first mindset across all Corporate Services touchpoints
- Tailor food and hospitality amenities to enrich workplace culture and align with employee expectations
Design and Future Planning
- Collaborate with global team members to share best practices and contribute to the development of scalable, future ready hospitality environments worldwide
- Provide operational input into infrastructure planning and equipment specification
- Ensure scalability and future readiness of hospitality environments.
Culinary and Dining Experience
- Partner with global peers to drive culinary innovation and consistency in food quality, safety, and sustainability standards
- Lead the strategy and implementation of onsite food and beverage programs.
- Develop and implement service tiers tailored to site size and function.
- Drive culinary innovation and optimization in partnership with vendors.
- Ensure vendor excellence in food quality, safety, presentation, and sustainability.
Budgeting and Vendor Management
- Own culinary amenity budgets across sites, including capital and operational spend.
- Lead vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management including assurance of all necessary licenses.
- Oversee contract compliance and service level delivery.
Pan European Oversight
- Serve as a liaison between the European region and the global team, ensuring regional execution supports global transformation goals and standards.
- Adapt hospitality program and strategy to reflect regional preferences and cultural nuances.
- Ensure consistent service delivery across insourced, outsourced, and landlord-provided models.
- Align regional execution with transformation goals

Qualifications
•10 or more years experience
•Bachelors degree or equivalent industry qualifications
•Proven leadership in workplace program management across multi-site corporate environments
•Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
•Experience designing and scaling food services and programs for diverse populations and facility types
•Excellent vendor management and contract negotiation skills
•Demonstrable ability to develop strategy while ensuring operational execution in parallel
•Familiarity with local food cultures and workplace hospitality trends
