This high-impact, strategic role is central to driving business growth and delivering innovative, results-oriented marketing programs. The Director will bring deep B2B marketing expertise to align both regional and local priorities, champion account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and ensure world-class execution of commercial initiatives that advance the Visa brand.

We’re seeking a collaborative leader with a passion for building strong partnerships, inspiring teams, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic, global environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing yourself as a value-add member of the Commercial Solutions team in North America to drive our sales targets, through delivering customer-centric initiatives and go-to-market plans that differentiate Visa with Clients and Partners across the region.

You are a strategic thinker, obsessed with our customers, focused on generating demand for our solutions, tracking performance, and always have the data to prove what is working and what is not. You are key ally of Visa’s Sales and Product Organisations, regularly collaborating with sales, business performance, product, and strategy leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies that differentiate our Visa Commercial Solutions offerings, communicate value to our clients, and drive measurable outcomes across the segment.
  • Develop impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities. Oversee the creation of digital content (web and social media), site development, and global rollout to optimize client engagement and lead generation across multiple channels
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for high-value accounts and priority industry verticals, partnering with sales and client teams to deliver personalized, insight-driven campaigns that accelerate growth.
  • Champion Customer Insights. Lead the collection and analysis of market research, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer data to inform marketing strategy, refine messaging, and identify emerging client needs and opportunities.
  • Case Studies & Success Stories. Accelerate the development and deployment of impactful case studies, ensuring a consistent and compelling approach to sharing client successes internally and externally.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives to position Visa Commercial Solutions as an industry leader, collaborating with key stakeholders to showcase our expertise and value to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales teams for granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment. Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Customer Success, Compliance, and regional teams to ensure marketing programs align with product launches, client onboarding, retention initiatives, and regulatory standards.
  • Performance Reporting. Establish and manage robust reporting mechanisms for marketing activities. Provide actionable insights to measure effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and inform leadership decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budgets for your customer segment, strategically allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. This includes managing strategic partners, approving production costs, and planning campaigns to optimize investments.
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Strong executive communication skills. Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
