Job Description

Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is responsible for growing payment flows between businesses and governments, from SMBs to the world's largest global enterprises. We deliver innovative, end-to-end payment capabilities that simplify critical business processes such as expense management, vendor payments, compliance, reconciliation, and reporting.

Our commercial products including commercial cards, virtual payments, and data-enabled solutions help clients improve working capital, productivity, control, and transparency while enabling secure and efficient payments.

We are seeking a high-calibre commercial payments leader with a proven track record of building and scaling commercial card solutions to lead Visa's Large and Middle Market (LMM) and Fleet product strategy across CEMEA.

This is a senior, market-facing leadership role requiring deep expertise in commercial cards, solution commercialization, and ecosystem orchestration.

The successful candidate will drive growth, design new solutions, and expand adoption across diverse industries and markets, working at the intersection of product, sales, and partnerships.

This role spans all CEMEA markets, requiring the ability to operate across complex, multi-country environments and deliver results at scale.

What You'll Lead:

Commercial & Fleet Product Leadership:

  • Own the strategy, commercialization, and performance of commercial card and fleet solutions across LMM segments.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in commercial cards, including virtual cards, fleet, and data-driven solutions.
  • Drive new solution development and market expansion into priority industries.

Solution Innovation & Industry Expansion:
  • Design and launch new commercial payment solutions tailored to industry needs (e.g., fleet & mobility, healthcare, construction).
  • Translate market gaps into scalable, commercially viable products and use cases.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Visa's value proposition through data, controls, and embedded payment capabilities.

Issuer & Client Leadership:
  • Partner with top-tier issuers to originate, structure, and win complex commercial deals.
  • Engage senior corporate stakeholders (CFO, Procurement, Treasury) to drive adoption and usage.
  • Lead consultative solution selling across large and mid-market clients.

Ecosystem & Partnerships:
  • Build and orchestrate partnerships across fintechs, processors, and industry players.
  • Ensure end-to-end solution delivery, from acceptance through to reconciliation and reporting.
  • Unlock new growth through strategic alliances and integrations.

Regional Commercial Delivery:
  • Deliver against revenue, volume, and penetration targets across CEMEA.
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple markets.
  • Operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-regional environment.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • 15+ years' experience in payments or financial services, with deep specialization in commercial cards.
  • Proven track record of building and launching new commercial card payment solutions.
  • Strong expertise in virtual cards, or vertical-specific payment solutions (e.g., fleet & mobility, healthcare, construction, mobility) highly desireable.
  • Demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales and product commercialization.
  • Experience working with issuer banks, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to structure winning, scalable deals.
  • Ability to operate across multiple geographies and diverse market conditions.
  • Executive presence with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A role designed for a builder, not an operator.
