Job Description

What's it all about? 

Build, own and manage relationships with a large territory of longtail accounts as a full sales cycle seller. Drive sales/upsell/cross-sell in a comprehensive selling motion, across all Visa products and solutions, which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints.

  • Drive sales growth within your client portfolio by understanding and integrating their strategic objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. 
  • Lead business development initiatives to expand Visa’s customer base in European markets. 
  • Manage existing customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, maintain account plans, create presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization.  
  • Forecast sales and have knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.  
  • Participate in client communications, and develop and deliver client presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.    
  • Maintain industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.   
  • Collaborate with digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics. Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings.  
    Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and KPIs.
  • Effectively communicate Visa’s value proposition across multiple products and solutions. 

This is a full‑time, office‑based position with the possibility of having one remote‑work day per week.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales or relevant experience
  • Fluency in English. Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is preferred (at least C1): Romanian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian
  • Experience in payments industry is highly valuable
  • Basic understanding of digital sales tools such as CRM
  • Work independently and engage multiple levels of management in key decisions where required for the business
  • Strong ability to communicate basic concepts and exchange ideas and account information clearly and concisely
  • Manage & grow internal and external resources and cross functional relationships
