Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Creative Services Lead to oversee our in-house creative team operations in Soco (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia). As a critical leader within our team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional creative and production strategy. Your role will focus on elevating creative quality, driving scalability, maximizing efficiencies, and optimizing production costs.

In addition, this role will play a key brand management function—partnering closely with regional and global brand teams to deliver brand-led projects, ensure consistency with brand frameworks, and adapt brand strategies into high-impact creative executions across markets.
You will have the opportunity to lead high-visibility programs and activations for top-tier client brands—leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results that fuel business growth. As a champion at the crossroads of creativity, production, technology, and brand, you will support one of the largest and most dynamic regions in our agency, delivering initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Demonstrated design expertise supported by a strong professional portfolio.
6+ years of experience in creative services, production, or a related field.
Proven success in strategic planning, business alignment, and process improvement.
In-depth understanding of the advertising industry, including current trends, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a productive, fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Native or near-native professional proficiency in English is required.
Fluency in Spanish and English
Deep knowledge of the Mexican market.
Experience with digital platforms.
Bonus: Skills in motion graphics or animation.
