Job Description

What a Country Operations Analyst does at Visa:

As a Country Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the APAC Sales organization and ensuring operational compliance within Cambodia. Reporting to the Country Manager, Cambodia, this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we expect of you, day to day:

  • Provide Sales and Client support on matters such as order acceptance, quoting, pricing approvals, and liaising with other departments for resolution.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and rules of engagement, including approval requirements and escalation processes.
  • Support the structuring of MS Dynamics accounts and opportunities.
  • Review pricing quotes for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to policy and discount guidelines.
  • Assist sales teams with processes, training, and documentation, prepare training materials and present in group settings.
  • Recommend efficiencies to optimize workflows within MS Dynamics and other tools to support the APAC Sales Team.
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in order processing.
  • Provide ad hoc support for Service Level Agreement drafting, RFP responses, audits, and novation agreements.

Cambodia specific responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain the local employee handbook.
  • Upload internal work regulations and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Prepare and submit the labor inspection self-declaration to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.
  • Upload payroll reports to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.
  • Manage staff movement declarations and update any changes to branch manager details.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales and country operations role, ideally within financial services or a Hi-Tech/Software development company
  • Working knowledge of MS Dynamics and Apttus CPQ; familiarity with broader sales tools landscape
  • Solid understanding of Cambodia labor regulations and HR practices
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both 1:1 and group settings
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and learn new skills quickly
