Job Description
The Marketing Manager supports the execution and delivery of the Consumer Marketing, Innovation, and Marketing Services agenda for the market.
This role is responsible for translating strategic priorities into high-quality, integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and measurable business results.
Working closely with the Marketing Leader, the Marketing Manager plays a critical role in operationalizing strategy, leading execution excellence across core marketing, innovation (including social and gaming ecosystems), and marketing services initiatives with clients and partners. The role balances strong hands-on execution with analytical rigor, ensuring marketing investments are optimized, performance is tracked, and initiatives deliver against defined KPIs.
Operating in a highly matrixed and cross-functional environment, this role requires strong collaboration, influence, and stakeholder management skills, partnering closely with sales, product, analytics, finance, regional marketing hubs, and external agencies. The Marketing Manager is also accountable for ensuring compliance with brand standards, internal controls, and governance processes, while continuously innovating to keep the brand relevant, consumer-centric, and culturally connected in the local market.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in brand, digital, marketing communications, media, or trade marketing, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required, master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Proven experience executing marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable brand and business results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using brand indicators, consumer insights, and business metrics to inform execution and optimization.
- Solid financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, tracking ROI, and forecasting costs and performance.
- Demonstrated experience managing and motivating external partners, including creative and media agencies.
- Strong executional mindset with the ability to translate strategy into impactful marketing initiatives.
- Consumer-centric approach with proven ability to connect insights to action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high-impact presentation capabilities in English and Spanish.
- Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders at different seniority levels.
- Advanced planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and self-improvement.
