Job Description:
The campaign manager will support the full lifecycle of customer marketing design, creation and delivery. He/she will work closely with the Data Science team in designing and customizing targeted marketing campaigns that will provide their end customers with best-in-class customer experiences.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end marketing solution with the banking institution
- Build and deliver market-leading marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization.
- Develop test & learn pilots and MVP’s for digital marketing communications (across email, display, social, website, search, blog etc.) including utilizing Customer Centered Design thinking for all integrated marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data and playback results and success of campaigns delivered to client, providing actionable insights that will lead to improved future campaigns
- Be accustomed to collaborating with the banking institution’s product, corporate affairs, public relations, brand, legal, procurement, finance & contact centre teams to constantly deliver best outcome for customers via marketing comms.
- Document processes, key learnings and best practices that can be reused across the client’s business.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and bring best in class marketing practices and recommendations to the banking institution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 5+ years of experience in campaign management
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably for consumer cards products
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
