Job Description

Key Objective: Support Business Planning and Operations (BPO) team and partner with business development and functional units in managing Visa business to achieve the organization’s goals

Key Responsibilities

Market Development Fund (MDF) Management

· Orchestrate MDF cadence and all processes related to planning, tracking, and reporting MDF initiatives in CIS&SEE.

· Lead MDF management during AOP process, including planning, consolidation, and alignment of inputs from all stakeholders.

· Collaborate with Finance, Business Development, and Controllership to develop management reporting tools (GPC, other)

· Provide daily operational support for MDF project lifecycle: initiation, approval, proper reflection, and completion.

· Ensure timely and accurate updates to MDF files and reporting documents; review monthly financial data and investigate discrepancies with Finance.

Financial Analysis & ROI Management

· Perform in-depth financial analysis to support MDF investment decisions and optimize fund allocation.

· Develop and maintain ROI calculators for MDF initiatives, ensuring strict verification and control of inputs and outputs.

· Implement governance frameworks for ROI validation and compliance with internal standards.

· Monitor ROI performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for improved decision-making.

Automation & Process Optimization

· Identify opportunities to automate MDF planning, ROI calculation, and reporting processes.

· Deploy tools and technologies to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance accuracy.

· Maintain oversight of automated processes, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.

Reporting & Insights

· Prepare dashboards and reports to provide Business Development teams and management with clear visibility into MDF performance and ROI.

· Support ad-hoc analysis (e.g., market deep dives, client/project evaluations) to identify gaps, drive new sales efforts, and enhance decision-making.

Governance & Controls

· Collaborate with Operations Controls team to maintain a robust control environment.

· Conduct regular audits of MDF and ROI processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Teamwork & Training

· Foster collaboration with GCM, BPO Head, BD, Finance, and Controllership teams to achieve collective objectives.

· Coach and educate CIS&SEE Business Development teams on financial performance, ROI methodologies, and MIS tools.

· Conduct training sessions on MDF processes, ROI calculators, and reporting instruments upon request.

Qualifications

· Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities.

· Expertise in ROI calculation and performance tracking.

· Proficiency in automation tools and process optimization.

· Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; familiarity with BI tools.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
