Job Description
Team Summary:
The team is responsible for managing a key Global Client, with a primary focus on driving strategic growth in Asia Pacific and CEMEA across 15+ countries. Team members are based in Singapore, collaborating globally with counterparts based across AP and CEMEA. The team works closely with the client and Visa partners across various markets and functional teams. This role, based in Singapore, reports to the Senior Director of Global Clients and supports the Global Clients Account team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Forecasting: Manage the annual planning process, along with quarterly and AOP forecasting efforts. Collaborate with country teams to ensure forecast assumptions and accuracy.
- Reporting Management: Oversee the preparation and dissemination of monthly and quarterly client reports to ensure timely and accurate information sharing. Manage all initiatives, opportunities and account plans (MS Dynamics)
- Client Engagement: Focus on deepening direct engagement with key external stakeholders to enhance strategic influence and visibility. Deliver strong client support across AP and CEMEA deals, contributing to the achievement of a high Global NPS.
- Internal Governance: Establish new processes that link client activity planning with tighter sample testing, laying the foundation for more disciplined working dollar enforcement and improved accountability.
- Sales Cycle Involvement: Broaden involvement across the full sales cycle, taking ownership of projects from initial prospecting through to closure and project performance reviews.
- Deal Modeling and Incentives Management: Take proactive ownership of deal modeling and incentives management, ensuring 100% compliance with contract management and including regular performance tracking and timely resolution of escalations related to mandates and fee/interchange analysis.
- Deal Negotiation: Support the deal negotiation process and signing of pivotal contracts, playing a crucial role in deal modeling and the contractual process.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
We are looking to hire candidates who are ambitious, curious about or want to deepen their experience in the payments industry, and who are results-driven, client-centric and have a bias for action.
Additional qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively with diverse teams across geographies and levels
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, project management skills, detail-orientation, and the appreciation for enterprise account management/ sales processes
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for data extraction, manipulation and insight development
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)

- Strong in Financial Budgeting and Project Management
- Interest and experience in Deal structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution
- Good business acumen and analytical skills
- Knowledge of payments systems and the cards industry
- Account management skills
- Experience with developing/ tracking budgets and sales pipelines
- Resourceful (ability to leverage own network to look for information and solutions)
- Result orientated team player
- Flexibility and openness in terms of attitude and workload will be a crucial attribute
