Job Description
Experienced B2B Marketing Manager who develops and executes demand-generation and account-based marketing programs to strengthen Visa's leadership in commercial payments, money movement and emerging verticals. Being part of the B2B and Product Marketing Team in Central Europe (DACH and the Netherlands), working closely with Sales, Product and Commercial teams, the role delivers integrated initiatives across the cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that differentiate our offerings and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Conduct competitive and key customers analysis, to understand buying behaviours, challenges, and opportunities. Use these insights to develop effective B2B marketing campaigns that engage our key audiences and drive action.
- Design and optimize campaign creative frameworks, and media strategies to drive awareness, understanding, and demand generation with targeted customers across Central Europe
- Execute impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities. Develop our digital content and site development to optimize client engagement and lead generation across multiple channels.
- Execute thought leadership initiatives to position the company as an industry leader, collaborating with key stakeholders to showcase our expertise and value to customers.
- Develop and execute targeted Account-Based-Marketing (ABM) strategies, partnering with sales and client teams to deliver personalized, insight-driven campaigns that accelerate growth.
- Accelerate the creation and rollout of case studies, ensuring a consistent, compelling approach to showcasing client success.
- Lead Visa participation in priority industry and Visa-owned events, ensuring aligned brand/product messaging and maximum engagement with target audiences.
- Measure program performance, optimize campaigns in real-time, and provide actionable insights that guide decision-making.
- Perform granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales.
- Control marketing budget for your customer segment, including managing strategic partners, approving production costs, and planning campaigns to optimize investments.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, building strong partnerships with Sales, Product, Regional Marketing, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of B2B Marketing experience and proven ability to drive demand and revenue growth through integrated marketing programs, ideally within financial services, payments, or SaaS industries.
- Expertise in campaign management, account-based marketing, and event marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance reporting and data-driven decision making.
- Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Financial and analytical acumen
- Familiarity with the marketing tech stack (sales and marketing automation and measurement tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, AEM and Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable experience managing relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors.
- Fluency in German and English is required
