Job Description
Team Summary

What an Associate does at Visa:
For this role, we will set a first meeting to understand your career aspirations, preference, your previous experience as well as your skill set. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have in the meeting. During the second meeting, we will discuss the details of the job scope, our expectations, and how we can work together. With this approach, we will set the job description after our discussion but an example job scope is as follows but not limited to:-

- Work as a project member and execute assigned tasks.
- Arrange/coordinate internal/external meetings
- Take meeting minutes where required and share it with participants
- Collect data/information internally and develop presentation materials
- Data management, support to develop management information
- Manage supplier contracts and handle invoices where necessary
- Get involved in event planning, coordination, and execution

Qualifications
What you will need:
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Good Technology literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Intermediate English language skills (official internal communications are in English at Visa so it is helpful for you to read and understand communications, write emails, and able to complete e-learning modules in English)
- Able to interact with team members via email, Teams, and/or face to face by demonstrating Visa Leadership Principles
- Desire and passion to develop new skills and curiosity to learn new things
- Possess disability booklet issued by the Japanese government
What will also help:
- Possess good resilience to cope with new environment and challenges
- Be comfortable with situations such as no processes, guidance are available. Sometimes you will need to take a lead to solve problems with support from others.
