Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of AI/ML and GenAI modelling projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Work cross‑functionally with diverse teams to deliver high‑impact AI‑driven business outcomes. 
• Help define detailed AI/ML modelling scope, methodology, and develop a clear project plan. 
• Support the project plan with appropriate AI, ML, deep learning, and data engineering techniques, including model development, evaluation, and deployment. 
• Perform QA on data, models, and deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability. 
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and ensure all work aligns with the agreed AI/ML modelling plan. 
• Support end‑to‑end project delivery, including model training, testing, deployment, scaling, and monitoring within timeline and budget. 
• Contribute to evolving existing modelling practices by promoting GenAI methodologies, modern AI engineering workflows, MLOps, and best practices across the AI/ML lifecycle. 
• Participate in full‑stack data science work, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, model serving, and front‑end or application‑layer integration where needed. 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• We welcome applications from Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. All candidates must have existing, and continuing, right to work in Singapore.
• Has less than 18 months of relevant data science experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning and GenAI models, scaling data solutions, and delivering full‑stack data science or AI engineering projects end‑to‑end.
• Proficiency in statistical and ML techniques such as regression, decision trees, random forests, neural networks, and modern deep learning methods.
• Knowledge of data mining and modelling techniques including predictive modelling, classification, clustering, and decision trees.
• Competency in software languages such as React.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and Cloud technologies for building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML solutions.
• Previous exposure to financial services or credit card analytics is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to frame and solve problems using data‑driven and AI‑driven methods.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to present technical insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• High attention to detail to ensure data and model quality.
• Ability to translate complex AI/ML outputs into actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting ideas, models, or analyses to stakeholders.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn emerging AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and applying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience in geospatial data analysis.
• An innovative and unyielding eager to learn the latest DS/AI techniques
