Job Description
As an Analyst within Visa’s Crypto organization, you will support both sales and sales operations activities across our portfolio of crypto‑native wallets, exchanges, ramps, orchestrators, and ecosystem enablers. This role sits at the intersection of payments innovation and digital assets, combining client‑facing support with operational rigor to help scale our go‑to‑market execution. You will help strengthen client relationships, streamline processes, improve reporting and insights, and enhance operational efficiency across the team. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive approach in a fast‑moving environment.

- Support senior team members in managing a portfolio of crypto‑native clients.
- Assist in preparing client materials, QBRs, sales collateral, performance updates, and market insights.
- Coordinate cross‑functional conversations with product, engineering, risk, legal, and regional stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate account documentation, opportunity pipelines, and internal reporting.
Sales Operations & GTM Enablement
- Support creation and standardization of sales processes, playbooks, and reporting templates.
- Assist with weekly business reviews, operational dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to support forecasting, deal‑tracking, and commercial reviews.
- Help drive operational discipline across the team, e.g., OKRs, project trackers, review cadences, documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, e.g., opportunity tracking, pipeline hygiene, forecasting inputs.
Commercial & Solutioning Support
- Support evaluation of new partnership opportunities through research, data gathering, and market & financial assessment.
- Assist in building sales presentations, product overviews, commercial proposals, and client deliverables.
- Help coordinate technical integration requirements, troubleshooting, and follow‑ups with internal teams.
- Track KPIs, product adoption, performance trends, and revenue‑impact metrics.
Cross‑Functional & Ecosystem Collaboration
- Work closely with regional teams to ensure consistency in execution and alignment on priorities.
- Partner with crypto product and engineering teams to understand Visa capabilities and surface client needs.
- Support senior leaders with preparation for industry events, client meetings, internal strategy reviews, and leadership reporting.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant internship or professional experience in sales, operations, fintech, crypto, consulting, data analysis, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience using AI productivity tools for research, analysis, or workflow automation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with comfort working with data and operational systems.
- Experience in fintech, payments, consulting, crypto, or sales operations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong ability to synthesize and present information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Ability to build strong partnerships across cross‑functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Self‑starter mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity and improve processes proactively.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 104,900.00 to 163,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
