Job Description
• Develop and execute account strategies to maximise client product usage and drive revenue growth.
Build tailored account plans that align client needs with our full product suite, proactively identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and deliver measurable commercial results. Continuously analyse account performance, market trends, and client behaviour to refine strategy and accelerate growth.
• Coordinate post‑sale resources to ensure strong client adoption, satisfaction, and long‑term engagement.
Partner closely with onboarding, support, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless post‑sale journey. Ensure clients receive timely guidance, best‑practice recommendations, and the tools they need to succeed—resulting in higher satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
• Lead key client activities, including marketing plans, success reviews, QBRs, and product training.
Act as a strategic advisor by shaping joint marketing initiatives, running structured success reviews, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews that highlight performance, insights, and future opportunities. Deliver product training sessions that empower clients to use our solutions with confidence and impact.
• Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to support continuous client expansion.
Monitor account health and client goals to uncover growth opportunities across FX, payments, and card products. Present compelling value propositions and partner with sales and product teams to execute expansion strategies that increase revenue and deepen client integration.
• Act as the primary escalation point for all client issues across commercial, operational, and product areas.
Serve as the trusted point of contact when challenges arise, driving swift resolution through coordination with internal teams. Manage escalations with transparency and urgency, ensuring client confidence, safeguarding relationships, and maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales and Account Management experience in financial services.
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and growth.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
Knowledge of FX, payments, and card products (deep expertise a plus).
