Our work spans strategy, product development, P&L ownership, and coordination across global and local stakeholders
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to support how we diagnose, design and scale Visa’s credit expansion capabilities across Asia Pacific. As an analyst, you will support the development, launch and ongoing optimisation of our suite of credit offerings – executing our product strategy, improving consumer experiences and ensuring strong credit performance.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams at both regional and market levels, contribute to high-impact projects, and help define the future of Visa Consumer Solutions. If you’re someone early in your product career with strong analytical skills and a passion for financial products, this role is for you.
Why This Role Matters:
Consumer Solutions are the foundation of Visa’s business in Asia Pacific, spanning all life-stage and income segments—from traditional credit products to instalments and emerging forms of unsecured lending. AP markets represent diverse levels of credit maturity and rapidly evolving issuer needs. This role will be pivotal in developing winning Consumer Value Propositions, best practices across credit expansion and portfolio optimisation, and modernizing our credit capabilities to differentiate Visa’s offerings and fuel regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Support the design, development, and scaling of Credit Sales Plays, CVPs, and best‑practice frameworks across AP. Maintain high‑quality templates, toolkits, and governance materials, and analyse portfolio performance, lifecycle trends, and pilot diagnostics to inform strategy and execution.
- Market & Client Insight: Conduct market scans, issuer benchmarking, consumer behaviour analysis, and competitive landscaping to strengthen product positioning and issuer engagement.
- Sales Enablement: Track client pipelines and prepare issuer‑facing materials, including CVPs, insight packs, and playbooks to expand credit.
- Commercial Evaluation: Build commercial and financial models to support issuer conversations, opportunity assessments, and internal recommendations. Contribute to market prioritisation, scenario modelling, and business case development for scaling credit capabilities.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
