In this role, you’ll be creative and entrepreneurial to identify opportunities and generate new business in DACH, our largest European market.

  • Build durable, revenue-generating relationships with a diverse group of clients, from elected officials to private-sector leaders, navigating the market’s unique buying landscape
  • Be a thought partner to clients and the broader community: consult and educate on transit plans and funding opportunities, while championing Via’s mission as the face of our technology through local campaigns, conferences, and thought leadership.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or advisory roles with a strong closing track record.
  • A consultative seller who knows how to use data to build compelling narratives.
  • Fluent in German (native-level) and English; persuasive and clear in conversations, presentations, and proposals.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to balance persistence with pragmatism.
  • A collaborative team player who shares success and supports colleagues.
