Program Mgr, Transformation and Change

Join Vestas, the world's largest wind turbine manufacturer, and help advance renewable energy initiatives. As a Program Manager - Transformation & Change, you will design, implement, and refine our Change Management framework across Wind Energy Maintenance Services. This role combines Change Management experience with proficient Project and Program Management capabilities to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives and facilitate adoption of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management: Develop and refine a change framework tailored to Wind Energy Maintenance Services. Champion change practices and work with cross-functional teams (HSE, Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.


  • Project & Program Management: Lead key projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic priorities.


  • Strategic Change Initiatives: Facilitate the people side of change for major projects. Create communication plans, training materials, and engagement strategies to support adoption. Oversee the rollout of new technologies from pilot to full implementation.


  • Continuous Improvement: Measure success of change efforts, track adoption, and apply lessons learned. Identify opportunities to improve both change and project management practices.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships across the organization. Mentor teams on best practices and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Master's certifications like Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2.


  • Skillful management of enterprise-wide change initiatives in technical or industrial settings.


  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in energy or regulated industries.


  • Skilled in technical proficiency; able to quickly grasp new concepts.


  • Proficient communication and collaboration skills across all levels.


  • Proficient in handling matrixed, swiftly changing environments.


  • Data-driven thinker who uses metrics and insights to guide decisions.
