Technical Product Manager, Specialist

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead digital product management activities for multiple digital products, or one strategic product.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technology and cross-functional teams to create product vision, strategy and road maps that drive significant changes to the operations functions and client experience.
- Understand and evaluate end to end processes and data integration in the assigned products.
- Leads the planning, prioritization, and implementation of new digital products or enhancements to existing products.
- Research and analyzes markets for product features and requirements and developing implementation plans.
- Leverage data and variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to measure and manage scalability, efficiency and engagement.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely and resource-efficient delivery.
- Define effective messaging, implementation plan, and training across product users and management team for product/feature releases. Evaluate post release impact and align to defined business OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and KPI (Key performance indicators).
- Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
- Partners with digital product teams and peers to share best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.\
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns. Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams.
- Business and operations experience with Investment Management firms or large Fund Services Organization/Banks with focus on Fund Administration and oversight, middle and Back-office operations, and/or regulatory & compliance management.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, operate independently, and thrive in ambiguous environments without extensive guidance.
- Strategic Mindset with proven experience making product decisions that drive long-term value.
- Strong expertise in digital product management, market analysis, and user experience optimization.
- Proven ability to translate customer insights into product improvements and new features.
- Experience working with engineering teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to align product strategy with business goals.
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders and stakeholders, as well as technical teams.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of emerging technology and applications of AI, Gen AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and Cloud.
