The Team & Opportunity

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across the business. As a trusted partner to hiring leaders, you'll drive an efficient, quality and equitable hiring experience to ensure we attract and secure top talent aligned to our organisational goals.

• Own end-to-end (360° ) recruitment across your portfolio, including role briefing, hiring strategy, sourcing, screening, assessment and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers to shape effective recruitment approaches, providing expert guidance on market insights, candidate experience and best practice
• Build strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing recruitment processes, tools and ways of working

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within an in-house or agency environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels
• Experience in IT recruitment and/or business partnering environments is highly regarded
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improving processes and outcomes
