Statements and Confirmations Product Manager

The Financial Communications Product Family is a cornerstone of the D&A Core Portfolio, supporting both recurring and on-demand communications for all Personal Investor clients. This team exists to fulfill an essential regulatory obligation for all Personal Investor clients and serves as a client-facing channel that reaches investors daily with critical account updates. The communications produced by this group are far-reaching and play an important role from both a compliance and client-experience lens.

Statements and Confirmations are both incredibly important products for Personal Investor clients. While each has its own regulatory requirements, they are also key touchpoints for clients to gain insights into what is happening within their accounts. For many clients, these products represent their primary interaction with Vanguard to review the health of their investments!

About the Role:

As the Statements and Confirmations Product Manager, you will oversee the various components of the Statements and Confirmations products. This role blends product management, strategy, and formal people leadership - directly managing the crew who lead these critical products.

• Lead a team of Product Managers, each with their own dedicated product team
• Own the product strategy associated with Statements and Confirmations
• Partner directly with SEMs in the leadership of the product teams
• Work closely with business partners who manage the day-to-day operations of Statements and Confirmations
