Sourcing Analyst II/ Buyer

The Enterprise Supply Management team is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst II to join the organization! In this role, you will identify, research, and evaluate suppliers who meet the company's standards for price, quality, timing, and reliability of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prepare medium- to high-complexity strategic sourcing transactions, negotiations, and supplier selection for products and services.
• Perform supply market data analysis and recommend suppliers and vendors to the business. Identify and maintain knowledge of industry trends and category strategies.
• Drive engagements, resolve issues, and involve stakeholders as needed. Interface with other sourcing operations teams, business leaders, and legal & risk partners for each transaction.
• Ensure proper closure of transactions, including the successful handoff to purchasing and payables associates, validation that suppliers will comply with agreed-upon payment terms, and confirmation that the contracting team receives documents in good order.
• Support adherence to procurement policies and procedures. Ensure application of fair business practices and procurement of products and services at the best execution and price.
• Support operational requirements including channel optimization, data quality assessments, transaction triage, and other needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Corporate and Professional Services Team (CAPS) and the Data Analytics and Reporting Team.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Five years related work experience, ideally in sourcing, buying, or a similar function such as Senior Buyer, Sourcing Manager, or Sourcing Associate.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience working with data, reporting, or operational workflows preferred.
• Print fulfillment services experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to influence without authority and effectively support cross-functional teams.
