Site Lead Specialist

Job Summary

Recommends, plans, and provides analysis and input to senior management on the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of organization facilities within assigned region.

Core Responsibilities

• Serves as a designated operational lead for assigned site(s) or portfolios, ensuring alignment to safety, service delivery, and operational standards.
• Supports and co-manages site operating budgets, R&M forecasting, and capital project tracking, ensuring alignment to financial targets and cost optimization goals.
• Acts as a key on-site representative with landlords, vendors, and internal partners, ensuring alignment to service expectations and enterprise standards.
• Supports and drivesrisk mitigation, emergency preparedness activities, and compliance adherence, proactively identifying and addressing operational risks.
• Supports execution ofenterprise workplace initiatives (e.g., space optimization, restacks, workforce transitions, workplace experience enhancements).
• Leads coordination across Real Estate, Engineering, Security, Experience, and HR partners to deliver integrated site solutions.
• Owns site-level performance insights, identifies gaps, and leads continuous improvement initiatives aligned to enterprise KPIs

Qualifications

• Five years related work experience, with at least two years of real estate or facilities management experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
