Senior Compliance Advisor

Core Responsibilities
- Advises business units and liaises with stakeholders and risk partners.
- Manages regulatory visits, inquiries, and investigations; guides mitigation of compliance risks.
- Directs design and upkeep of compliance policies and procedures, and supports new standards.
- Implements corrective actions to resolve issues.
- Oversees operational efficiency and sets measurable standards using available resources.
- Acts as a compliance expert.
- Contributes to special projects and other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least two years within a financial services compliance function.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
