Private Investment Product Manager

This role offers the opportunity to sit at the intersection of private markets investing and client engagement at Vanguard. As a Private Investment Product Manager, you'll partner closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and clients to shape product positioning, inform strategy, and enhance the investor experience. You'll play a key role in translating market insights and client feedback into impactful content, training, and product improvements that drive long-term business results.

Responsibilities:

• Represents Vanguard as a private markets product expert, engaging on market developments and Vanguard products with prospects and clients.
• Leverages the client and sales feedback on products in order to assess product health and drive ongoing product improvements and positioning.
• Supports the creation of dynamic content used to position Vanguard private investing products and to respond to investor queries.
• Creates and facilitates internal training and communications including training on launches and changes to existing products.
• Contributes to business line research agendas to enhance client experience and business results.
• Stays current on industry, market, product, and competitive trends in the local markets supported.
• Develops and maintains key internal stakeholder relationships across the organization.

• Five years related work experience, including three years experience in private investment product management.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
• FINRA series 7 and 63 or the ability to acquire the licenses within first three months (Vanguard will provide resources).
