Marketing Measurement Lead Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute flawlessly on marketing measurement and attribution products to build analytic insights that shape marketing strategy.
• Leverage SQL and Python to analyze marketing performance data, develop attribution insights, and evaluate marketing effectiveness across digital and offline channels.
• Partner with marketing, data science, and data engineering teams to define and deliver attribution solutions that drive business impact.
• Translate marketing and business questions into analytical approaches, ensuring alignment with data availability, modeling capabilities, and business goals.
• Evangelize measurement methodologies and experimentation best practices across the organization.
• Run periodic marketing performance assessments and "what-if" scenarios.
• Build consensus and influence stakeholders to gain confidence in methodology and drive toward a solution.
• Ensure products are scalable, accurate, and actionable across digital and offline channels.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What it takes

• Minimum of five years of related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Technical fluency with SQL and Python for querying, analyzing, and interpreting large-scale datasets
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The ideal candidate will have

• Proven experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and A/B testing or causal inference frameworks.
• Experience collaborating closely with data scientists and data engineers to develop and operationalize measurement and attribution solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
