In this role, you'll help produce the "gold copy" investment data that powers critical processes across our global organisation-ensuring our teams and clients can rely on timely, accurate, and trusted information every single day.

What You'll Do

As an Investment Data Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality static and dynamic data across internal systems, third-party providers, and our enterprise platforms. Your work will directly support investment operations, regulatory reporting, data governance, and strategic decision-making.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Improve operational processes

Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions. Perform root-cause analysis and help implement both short- and long-term fixes to strengthen data quality.

  • Collaborate across the enterprise

Work closely with teams across FFS, IMG, and broader business areas to enhance end-to-end data processes. Build your network and share best practices.

  • Develop subject-matter expertise

Build deep knowledge of the funds, securities, and investment products within your remit. Leverage this expertise to enhance data accuracy and operational insight.

  • Support projects & testing

Participate in system testing, regression testing, and monitoring activities. Use your business knowledge to design test cases and validate data outputs.

  • Strengthen governance & controls

Maintain and improve data management procedures, workflows, and documentation. Flag control gaps and ensure compliance with internal standards.

  • Manage critical data sources

Gather, validate, and maintain key static and dynamic data attributes. Coordinate with third-party data vendors and support audit requirements.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering, Finance and Economics or a Master's degree/Diploma in Computer Science. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Strong skills in data quality assurance, root cause analysis, data feed monitoring, investment product knowledge, control/audit compliance, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
