Chief of Staff - IMG Europe
Works directly with the Head of Investment Management Group, Europe (IMGE), and the IMG Europe Leadership Team (IMGE LT) in support of the strategic initiatives for IMGE. Serves as the primary resource in conjunction with the Head of IMGE on the development of executive-level materials and divisional reports.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitates effective staff meetings. Ensures alignment with strategic priorities and objectives through curation and coordination of agendas, content, and attendees. Records minutes, tracks and follows up on action items. Obtains feedback on meeting format and effectiveness, modifying meetings as needed in partnership with the leadership team.
- Works with IMGE LT to develop regional OKRs and strategic business plans. Demonstrates initiative and creativity in refining the strategic plans and goals for IMGE. Tracks progress against IMGE OKRs, helping to ensure progress against objectives and key results through regular leadership team review.
- Designs and coordinates strategic offsites. Creates and develops content and agendas, coordinating across stakeholders. Contributes ideas and perspectives and actively challenges the team.
- Develops content, such as presentations, for use in internal and external engagements across a wide variety of topics as assigned by the Head of IMGE. Effectively utilizes data to convey key messages and provides information in a user-friendly format. Helps with preparatory materials for engagements, including talking points and supporting analysis.
- Supports the design and development of executive-level reports. Responsible for final review and sign-off before materials are sent to the Head of IMGE for completion.
- Completes analysis on an as-needed basis at the request of the Head of IMGE. Serves as a conduit for high-level regional IMG data to stakeholders.
- Participates in projects/initiatives as assigned. Leverages project management best practices to manage delivery and/or execution, providing status updates as necessary.
- Ensures that the appropriate management information is available and documented for the Head of IMG Europe to adequately fulfill Senior Manager responsibilities as outlined in the Statement of Responsibilities.
- Serves as central contact in working with key business partners to ensure IMG is proactively addressing any identified issues/concerns.
- Works with relevant partners to map out client and PR engagement plans that prioritize key clients and/or outlets. Helps with preparatory materials for engagements.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree. CFA, or keen interest in pursuing CFA or similar.
- Minimum two years related work experience.
- Demonstrated ability and success in the areas of project management, strategic thinking, analytical skills, interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to appropriately manage highly confidential, sensitive data.
- Proficiency in MS Office product suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
