Chief of Staff

In this role, you will help coordinate a broad set of activities and ensure that the materials and initiatives we share with leaders, business partners, and key stakeholders are well-prepared, aligned, and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Help organize and track project deliverables for Senior Staff, HR Business Partners, and HR leadership teams.
• Assist with planning and scheduling initiatives so the organization can adopt new programs smoothly.
• Collaborate closely with Global Talent Management and other partners to keep work connected and aligned.
• Maintain key metrics, insights, and portfolio-level reporting.
• Help prepare the Head of the sub-division for important meetings and enterprise-wide moments.
• Support agenda planning for team meetings and offsites and assist in preparing updates for HR leadership.
• Review outgoing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and readiness for enterprise use.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of general professional experience.
• Two years of project coordination or project management experience preferred.
• Experience in investment-related roles or global/inter-country work is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience; graduate degree preferred but not required.
