As a Business Systems Analyst - MarTech you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support Vanguard's strategic objectives . You'll work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to lead discovery processes, gather and document requirements, and support the design and implementation of scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business and user needs to define system scope and objectives .
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with software engineers and participate in technical design and test planning.
- Drive business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational outcomes.
- Lead the implementation of new systems and software, identifying constraints and recommending solutions.
- Support users during application rollouts and enhancements.
- Guide and mentor less experienced team members.
- Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a technical analyst role.
- Experience within the MarTech space and an appreciation of marketing principles .
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
