What You'll Do

• Lead and own critical projects or key workstreams, taking charge of project plans to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results.

• Communicate with influence - engage stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior leadership, keeping everyone aligned and energized.

• Champion best practices and share your expertise to elevate project delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project and two years of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience in fund operations (e.g., Fund Accounting, Fund Tax, Fund Treasury) or broader finance background; familiarity with the larger financial ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Consulting mindset and a passion for driving change.
• Certifications like PMP, Prosci, or Agile are highly valued.
• Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, etc.) is a strong advantage.
