Business Program Manager, Senior Specialist
We are hiring for two roles supporting the Personal Wealth (PW) leadership team. These roles operate at the same level and expectations but are aligned to different areas of focus based on experience and business need.
Each role owns core elements of planning, reporting, and governance, translating business performance and strategic priorities into clear, decision-ready insights.
The work combines strategic thinking, program leadership, stakeholder partnership, and analytical problem solving, with a focus on driving executive decisions and business outcomes across a complex portfolio.
Individuals will be aligned to one of two focus areas:
Executive Reporting & Insights
- Leads major management reporting workstreams, including development and delivery of executive-ready reporting (dashboards, QBRs, scorecards, OKRs, planning materials)
- Translates complex data into clear narratives that inform decisions and actions
- Proactively surfaces trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drives improvements to reporting quality, consistency, and usefulness across teams
Business Health & Portfolio Oversight
- Maintains a forward-looking view of business and initiative health across a portfolio
- Connects performance, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs into a clear leadership narrative
- Ensures leadership discussions are anchored in a single, credible view of reality
- Anticipates where attention or decisions will be needed and guides discussion
The ideal candidate performs well in a fast-moving, changing environment and brings a strong bias toward action and results. They are comfortable working with evolving clarity and help leaders move forward with confidence despite incomplete information.
Key differentiators:
- Operates with a high degree of independence; requires minimal direction to define path forward
- Demonstrates strong judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations
- Able to step back and connect dots across initiatives, functions, and priorities
- Builds credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
Core capabilities:
- Strong sense of urgency; prioritizes effectively and delivers high-quality work under pressure
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity; brings structure without overengineering
- Adaptable and resilient; adjusts as priorities evolve
- Executive communication: builds clear, concise, decision-ready narratives
Qualifications:
- Minimum of six to eight years related business experience. Financial Services and function-specific experience required. Experience in data insights and project management preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading planning, program, or initiative-based work within a complex organization.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across functions, build alignment, and support informed decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive-level materials.
