Sales Manager - Tucson Media Partners
Tucson Media Partners, the marketing arm of the Arizona Daily Star and tucson.com, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering digital and multimedia marketing solutions to local businesses.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to exceed revenue goals
- Drive growth through targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies across key verticals
- Champion our brand in the community through networking and partnerships
- Reinforce CRM best practices and support long-term, consultative sales
- Integrate training, coaching, and performance development into daily routines
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of successful sales leadership experience
- Strong coaching, communication, and negotiation skills
- Passion for digital marketing and ability to learn quickly
- Experience with digital advertising highly preferred
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
