What You'll Do
Lead & Grow a High‑Performing Team
- Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent.
- Coach your team through ride‑alongs, 1:1s, and ongoing performance management.
- Foster a consultative, customer‑focused sales culture.
- Lead weekly sales meetings to align on goals and celebrate success.
Drive Revenue & Market Growth
- Build and execute market strategies, including vertical targets and account planning.
- Support your team in acquiring, retaining, and expanding SMB client relationships.
- Ensure consistent use of Salesforce.com and established sales processes.
- Represent LocaliQ through community engagement and industry networking.
Operational Leadership
- Forecast and manage pipeline performance.
- Report on revenue, retention, churn, and key growth metrics.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive trends.
- Guide your team in creating insight-driven marketing strategies using LocaliQ's powerful data and tools.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license and required vehicle insurance.
