Looking for a Monday-Friday Job With a More Consistent Routine?
If you've built strong people skills in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, call centers, or another fast-paced environment, you may already have many of the skills you need to succeed in an office.
LocaliQ/USA TODAY is hiring an Office Administrator - Public Notices to join our Green Bay team. This is a great opportunity to take the skills you've developed in a customer-facing environment and put them to work in a Monday-Friday office setting while learning new administrative and computer-based skills along the way.
You'll work with customers and internal teams, process information, manage deadlines, and help ensure important public notices are handled accurately and on time.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day will include a variety of administrative and customer-focused responsibilities, such as:
- Assisting customers and sales representatives with public notice questions
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails
- Entering and updating information in computer systems
- Reviewing notices and proofs to ensure information is accurate
- Processing public notices and advertisements
- Managing deadlines and keeping work moving on schedule
- Partnering with internal teams to answer questions and resolve issues
- Learning and using new systems and processes through hands-on training
You don't have to know everything coming in the door. Reliability, attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
What We're Looking For
You don't need a long administrative background or a resume filled with office experience.
