What You'll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound client activity daily
- Work closely with existing clients who run frequent ads (daily/weekly schedules)
- Execute quick-turn sales cycles with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Handle order-taking, updates, and campaign adjustments efficiently
- Maintain strong organization across multiple active accounts and deadlines
- Use Salesforce to track activity, manage pipeline, and stay on top of deliverables
- Balance client communication, order processing, and prospecting throughout the day
What You Bring
- 2-5+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (high-volume environments preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional sales setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort managing multiple clients and priorities at once
- Quick decision-making and adaptability
- Coachability and a strong work ethic
What Success Looks Like
- First 3 months: Learn systems, manage client flow, and build speed and confidence
- 6 months: Handle high volume efficiently with strong accuracy and consistency
- 12 months: Fully productive, managing a large book of business with ease

The hourly rate for this role will range between $17.00 and $19.24. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable
