Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand Business priority, requirements and implement Facets solutions
• Translate Business requirements to High Level & Detailed Designs
• Design, Build Solutions using .NET/ C#, Angular and other Technologies as applicable for the Business Scenarios
• Build Applications/ Services using Service Oriented Architecture/ Micro Services
• Drive refinement discussions with Stakeholders
• Reengineer Monolithic/ SQL Heavy Applications & Modernize as Cloud Ready Solutions
• Builds solutions following recommended Guidelines/ Coding Standards
• Support Productions Issues/ Incidents within defined SLAs. Perform RCA, document & implement Preventive Action
• Perform various levels of reviews - design/ code/ peer etc.
• Adopt DevOps, CICD Guidelines
• End to End Ownership of the Feature Implementations
• Leads Cross Team Collaborations to produce Design Models with high degree of complexity connecting multiple Systems/ Domains and Technologies
• Act as a Functional & Technical expert, provide direction and mentoring to Team Members
• Contribute to Optimization & Innovation

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years overall IT experience
• 5+ years of experience in Facets Membership/ Eligibility & Provider Modules
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in .Net/ C# with SQL server in building Extensions, Inbound/ Outbound Programs related to Facets implementations
• Hands on experience in executing, debugging of Facets core batches
• Hands on experience in Database Modelling/ Programming
• Complete understanding of Facets Data Models
• Working knowledge on EDI Transactions like 834, 270/ 271

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience/ Knowledge in AI - identifying use cases & implementing those solutions
• Working knowledge on all EDI Transactions 834, 835, 837, 278 etc.
• Knowledge on Facets Claims, Payments & UM Modules
• Knowledge on HIPAA Gateway Integration to Facets
• Good Knowledge on US Healthcare Industry
• Agile experience
