Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of AI-enabled applications using modern tools and frameworks
• Support the implementation and integration of AI/ML models into production systems under guidance from senior engineers
• Contribute to backend development using Python or Java frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Spring), focusing on maintainability and performance
• Build and enhance front-end interfaces using React.js to support user-centric design
• Participate in the development of cloud-native applications, leveraging public cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies
• Assist in writing unit tests and supporting test automation efforts
• Help monitor application performance and contribute to issue resolution and debugging
• Stay current with foundational AI/ML concepts and software engineering practices
• Demonstrate flexibility in work assignments and contribute to team deliverables
• Adhere to company policies and participate in continuous learning and development

• B.E./B Tech/MCA/M Tech / Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related discipline
• 2+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience with backend development using Python or Java
• Hands-on experience to front-end development using React.js or similar frameworks
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) or NoSQL systems
• Experience/Familiarity with coding assistant tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and a solid willingness to adopt them in daily development work
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and basic cloud-native development practices
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic integration patterns
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and interest in learning more (e.g., NLP, computer vision, LLMs).
• Proven ability to work in Agile teams and contribute to sprint deliverables
• Proven solid problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from senior team members
• Proven good communication and collaboration skills
