Senior Technical Product Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and execution for AI use cases across IDP, Origin, and SAGE, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and program priorities
- Drive onboarding and intake, defining requirements, workflows, and integration paths for new AI opportunities
- Own end-to-end implementation of AI capabilities, partnering with engineering, architecture, security, and data teams to ensure readiness and successful delivery
- Develop and enhance AI automations using AI Builder, improving data workflows, document processing, and integration pipelines
- Ensure platform integration readiness by validating dependencies, coordinating cross-team alignment, and managing technical risks
- Provide senior technical leadership, independently guiding solution design, architecture decisions, and delivery plans without close oversight
- Accelerate time-to-value by identifying process gaps, removing delivery blockers, and ensuring consistent execution across teams
- Maintain high delivery quality through documentation, technical reviews, and validation of AI and integration implementations
- Partner with offshore teams to ensure continuity, knowledge transfer, and efficient execution, maximizing cost savings and reducing onboarding time
- Monitor, triage, and resolve integration issues, ensuring stability across IDP, Origin, SAGE, and AI automation workflows
- Establish and track KPIs for AI adoption, automation efficiency, and integration performance to drive measurable business outcomes
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery timelines, compliance requirements, and platform stability
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience working with technology powered products and modern product discovery/delivery methods
- Experience collaborating with technical and non technical stakeholders to advance work and deliver solutions
- Experience driving continuous feedback loops to ensure customer focused delivery
- Demonstrated experience prioritizing requirements and aligning tasks to business objectives, Objectives and Key Results, and product vision
- Understanding of healthcare, health tech, reliability engineering, or enterprise platform services, depending on organizational context
- Skilled in communicating challenges, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders
- Proven ability to understand capabilities across a product portfolio and how features impact other functions or systems
- Proven ability to build relationships, remove obstacles, and resolve conflicts across product and engineering teams
