Primary Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Guide architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions
• Team Management: Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance
• Project Delivery: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps)
• Talent Development: Hire, onboard, and develop engineering talent, promoting a culture of learning and innovation
• Budget & Resource Planning: Manage team budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships when applicable
• Risk Management: Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Technical Expertise
  • Solid hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for building scalable backend services.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices deployment
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services including AKS, App Services, and Azure DevOps
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and integration into enterprise applications
• Leadership & Management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and driving engineering excellence
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
• Architecture & Design
  • Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native applications
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code

• Ability to mentor and grow engineering talent
• Solid collaboration and decision-making skills
