Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance back-end solutions using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and implement microservices architecture for enterprise-grade applications
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement application requirements
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices, high-quality standards, and maintainable code
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in a cloud-based environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to improve system reliability and performance
• Optimize application performance and scalability by designing efficient and reusable code
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in back-end development and cloud computing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of back-end services with front-end applications, particularly React JS or Angular JS when applicable
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). • 8+ years of experience in back-end development using Java
• Hands-on experience working in cloud-based environments
• Expertise in conducting code reviews and implementing best coding practices and standards
• Proficient in the design and development of Spring Boot microservices
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Knowledge of database systems and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with responsive UI applications, particularly using frameworks like React JS or Angular JS
• Knowledge of any AI tools and experience with their integration into development projects
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker/Kubernetes
