Nuvaila is seeking a Sr Project Manager I to lead complex projects and drive innovation across multiple business units in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will be both tactical and hands-on. This role requires flexibility, solid stakeholder management, and the ability to manage shifting deadlines and scopes effectively.

The Project Manager will lead and manage strategic initiatives working cross functionally with Business, Strategy, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain & Logistics, Legal, Finance & Accounting teams. If you are a proven Project Manager who is a proactive problem-solver, excels in fast-paced environments and in building solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, we want to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g., program / project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document)
  • Work with resource managers to drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution
  • Lead strategic initiatives across various units of the business from initiation to completion
  • Use your own initiative to manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of change, issues and roadblocks and provide key input into the decisions to fix or defer
  • Develop and maintain project plans, tasks, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements
  • Establish quality standards, implementing risk and issue management plans, and promoting lean and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure project success and efficiency
  • Monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of project resources
  • Participate in and promote the use of lean and continuous improvement tools

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent education and work experience
  • Significant project management experience
  • Proven proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Proven experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
  • Proven excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
  • Proven solid communication skills, with the ability to support and present information in a variety of different formats to all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to be self-directed and able to drive detailed solutions to completion with minimal oversight
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven previous experience working within a large multinational matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prince 2 project management qualification OR Project Management Certification PMP
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Proven previous experience standing up a new business or business change initiative
  • Proven healthcare experience
  • Previous experience with delivering projects within an agile or waterfall environment
  • Proven experience working across multiple countries
