Senior Project Manager I

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and drive to enterprise work streams on all aspects of the business
  • Be able to drive and program manage Internal Readiness across functions for setting up of new Transitions
  • Be able to work with executive leadership. Understand strategic direction and provide solution
  • Be responsible for Transitions for the line of service/business for the site
  • Handle escalations for external and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and judgment
  • Negotiate key process change in introduce innovations for cost effective programs
  • Coach and Mentor team to improve performance, build leadership bench & succession
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree / diploma in Business Management
  • Project management certification: PMP / Agile preferable (PMP/CSM/Agile Safe/PGMP)
  • 10+ years of cross functional experience in Global sourcing industry with leading organizations
  • 4+ years of experience in leading strategic transition implementations
  • 4+ years of experience in managing transitions
  • Experience in key Transition & Program Management elements, resource estimation and planning, Risk Management, operating models etc.
  • Business Process Operations experience
  • Experience in managing and being responsible for multiple portfolio's
  • Experience in converting multiple demand items to actual strategic programs/Transitions
  • Experience in solution enterprise programs and execute across the organization
  • People management experience
  • Knowledge of project financials /CBA
  • Working knowledge of Pricing Models like TBB /outcome based pricing
  • Sound knowledge of Project Management tools
  • Understanding of Organizational policies and procedures for planning and executing large enterprise Transitions
  • Proven good collaboration and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to work and execute in ambiguous/start from scratch environments
  • Proven ability to create and coordinate new proposals to support growth for delivery organization
  • Proven executive presence & thought leadership
  • Proven excellent communication skills
  • Communication skills: Proven ability to articulate thoughts clearly, active listening and comprehension skills
  • Collaborative leadership skills: Proven ability to establish supportive & collaborative relationships with peers, superiors and subordinates
